Result: Positive

This form is to be used when the customer has replied with a positive response and is leaving a positive review

 

 

Result: Too Early

This form is to be used when the customer has replied that they have not started or have just started and it is too early to be able to have feedback on results.

 

 

Result: Negative

This form is to be used when the customer has replied with a negative response and is not happy with the product.
